A committee of health care providers in Haldimand, of which Haldimand County is a member, are working to better understand the health care needs of residents.

A survey has been developed to collect feedback that will help the committee determine what is working well and what needs improvement – from the perspective of individuals using healthcare services in the Haldimand area.
