Joanna Lynsdale
Nurse Practitioner
Joanna graduated from the nursing program at McGill University in 2014. After working in Montreal, she moved back to Ontario to pursue graduate studies and graduated from the Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Program at McMaster University in 2019. She has experience in critical care, palliative care, and primary care. She is passionate about social justice and providing equitable health care for all. She is excited to be a part of the Haldimand Family Health Team!
Jenny Schiffl
Nurse Practitioner
Jenny graduated from the nursing program at Mohawk College in 1995. She pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Brock University, Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner certificate at McMaster University, and finally obtained a Master of Science degree in Nursing from York University. Jenny has experience in primary care, acute care, emergency, and long-term care/slow paced rehab. Prior to joining the Haldimand Family Health Team, Jenny was honored to provide health care to Inuit (Nunavummiut) people in the territory of Nunavut. Jenny looks forward to providing care to patients in the Haldimand Family Health Team!
Kristina Zubrinic
Nurse Practitioner
Kristina graduated from Ryerson University in 2007 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and for 10 years worked in critical care. During this time, she obtained a Master of Science from McMaster University and also worked as a clinical instructor for the Undergraduate Nursing Program at McMaster University. In 2017, she graduated from McMaster’s Primary Healthcare Nurse Practitioner Program and worked as a nurse practitioner in Welland and Hamilton before joining the Haldimand Family Health Team in 2018. Kristina is passionate about preventative care and empowering her patients. Although she sees patients for all aspects of primary care, she has a special interest in adult ADHD. In 2019, she developed the NP-Led Adult ADHD Assessment & Management Program for our Family Health Team with the goal of improving access to ADHD-specific care within Haldimand County.
