Karyn Butler

Registered Nurse

Karyn has been a Registered Nurse for 25 years. She graduated from Mohawk College in 1995 with a diploma in Nursing. Her vast experience includes long term care, rehabilitation, occupational health and corrections. She has spent the last 19 years working in family practice. Her areas of knowledge include well women, cancer screening, well baby and prenatal exams. Karyn’s passion includes Obstetrics and Gynecology and sexual health. She is excited to be a part of this team.

Sarah Hall

Registered Nurse

Sarah graduated from McMaster University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and began her career in Hamilton as part of the Nursing Resource Team, working in several different areas of the hospital. In 2019, she transitioned into the Intensive Care Unit to pursue a passion for critical care. Currently, she continues to work in the ICU and is also very excited to be joining the HFHT to work with patients and the community in a primary care setting.

Erin Jansen

Registered Nurse

Erin received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Trent University. She is coming to HFHT from St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, Nephrology unit. Erin is experienced in chronic disease management, acute care and peritoneal dialysis. She is joining the Haldimand Family Health Team ready to connect her current experience to primary care. Erin is motivated to use her person-centered approach in servicing her community and patients.
